Use this page to report abuse, spam, impersonation, child safety concerns, or other harmful activity on Niqvo.
Report inside the app
Where available, open the chat/profile, choose report or block, and submit the reason. In-app reports help us review the correct account or conversation metadata.
Report by email
Email support@niqvo.com with the subject “Niqvo Abuse Report”. Include only what is needed:
- Your Niqvo username or account email.
- The reported username, user ID, phone/email, or profile link if available.
- The type of issue: spam, harassment, impersonation, scam, child safety, illegal content, or other abuse.
- Approximate date/time and screenshots only if safe and necessary.
Emergency or immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Niqvo support cannot provide emergency response.
Security issues
For responsible security reports about vulnerabilities, email security@niqvo.com. Do not include passwords, OTPs, private keys, or sensitive chat content.
Our response
We review reports and may block, restrict, suspend, remove content/accounts, or take other safety actions when appropriate.
