Delete your Niqvo account

Use this page for Google Play data deletion requests and account deletion support.
Delete inside the app
Open Niqvo and go to your account/profile settings. Use the delete-account option if available in your app version. This is the fastest way to start deletion from the signed-in account.
Request by email
Email support@niqvo.com from the email linked to your Niqvo account and include:
- Your Niqvo username or registered email/phone, if applicable.
- The sentence: “Please delete my Niqvo account and account-linked data.”
What is deleted
- Account profile data and account-linked service records.
- Notification tokens and device records linked to your account.
- Profile fields, avatar references, and account settings where technically possible.
- Other account-linked data that can be reasonably associated with your account.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where needed for security, fraud/abuse prevention, legal compliance, operational backups, dispute handling, or where data is no longer reasonably linked to your account.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account request. Backup deletion and safety/legal retention may take longer where permitted or required.
