Who we are
Niqvo is operated under the Niqvo app name. For privacy questions, contact support@niqvo.com.
Information we may collect or process
- Account information: user ID, login information, display name, username, profile photo/avatar, and account settings.
- Messaging service data: encrypted message payloads, chat IDs, sender/receiver IDs, timestamps, unread/read state, delivery metadata, and other information needed to deliver the service.
- Media and attachments: encrypted or service-protected files and metadata needed to upload, download, preview, and manage media.
- Device and app data: push notification tokens, app version, device identifiers generated by our services, crash/reliability data, and security signals.
- Safety and support data: reports, blocked-user signals, abuse-prevention records, support emails, and information you choose to share with support.
End-to-end encryption and message content
Niqvo is designed around end-to-end encrypted private communication. The service may store and transmit encrypted message payloads and metadata required for delivery, syncing, notifications, safety controls, abuse prevention, and account support. Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys, or highly sensitive personal documents through support email.
How we use information
- To create and secure accounts.
- To deliver messages, calls, notifications, profile features, and chat lists.
- To support account deletion, troubleshooting, and abuse reports.
- To detect spam, abuse, security issues, and policy violations.
- To comply with applicable legal, safety, and platform requirements.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud and hosting providers to operate Niqvo. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared when required for service operation, security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or with your direction.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for service operation, account management, backups, legal compliance, safety, and abuse prevention. Account deletion requests are handled through the app or the delete account page.
Your choices
- You can update profile details inside the app where available.
- You can block or report users inside the app where available.
- You can request account deletion using Delete account.
- You can contact support at support@niqvo.com.
Children and teen safety
Niqvo is not intended for children under 13. Users must follow local age requirements and our Safety Standards. We review reports involving minors with priority.
Changes
We may update this policy as Niqvo changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
