Niqvo is designed as a private messaging app. We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, deliver messages, support notifications, and keep the service reliable.
Information we process
- Account information such as phone/email login identifiers depending on the sign-in method used.
- Basic profile information that users choose to add.
- Encrypted message records and delivery metadata needed for sync, notifications, calls, and abuse prevention.
- Device tokens for push notifications.
- Support emails you send to us.
End-to-end encryption
Niqvo is built so private chat content is protected by app-side encryption. We do not use web pages to expose plaintext chat messages or private keys.
How we use information
- To provide messaging, calls, notifications, account security, and support.
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
- To comply with valid legal obligations when required.
Data deletion
You can request account deletion from the app or by following the instructions on the delete account page.
