Delete your Niqvo account
You can request account deletion from inside the Niqvo app when the account deletion flow is available, or by contacting support from the email/phone linked to your account.
Email request
Send an email to support@niqvo.com with the subject Niqvo Account Deletion Request.
What may be deleted
- Account profile data linked to your account.
- Server-side account metadata needed for Niqvo services.
- Push notification tokens linked to your device/account.
Important
Do not include private chat content or encryption keys in your deletion email. Support may ask for limited verification before processing the request.
